FAQ

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy: No refunds or exchanges for lip care or body care items.  Clothing and Accessory items may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order for store credit. All clothing and Accessory items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and the receipt included. 

Broken Products: Some products are in glass containers and could break if handled roughly by the postal service. If this is the case, please email customer service at dreamzofpinkstore@gmail.com with a photo of the damage to receive a replacement. 

Incorrect Address: Please make sure your address provided is correct. Products get shipped in a quick timeframe. If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact customer service as soon as possible at dreamzofpinkstore@gmail.com We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Package says delivered but didn't receive anything: Sometimes USPS scans items before delivering the package. Please wait at least 24 hours for your package and then proceed to contact your local post office to find out where your package is. Once your package is with USPS it is no longer in our control.

Order Processing time is 1-4 days. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number to the email you provided upon checkout.
